I'll take that with a side of puppy fries...
I was looking up a recipe for 'dumplings' on Cooks.com, and this is what I found (note the slightly disturbing recipe name sixth down on the list):

I'm thinking it's stuffed manicotti. But 'man, stuffed' certainly is a lot more interesting.
